The typical dishes of Brunei

The typical dishes of the Kingdom of Brunei give you an unforgettable delicious feeling. In which, it is impossible not to mention Ambuyat – a dish made from Sago palm trees. People use the stem of the tree to grate it and boil it for many hours. The more it cooks, the more it becomes, transparent and opaque. When eating, use a fork to roll many times to get it.
