The Smoke and Vine Festival is back! The Richmond metro area’s premiere annual summer wine and cigar festival, presented by Funkmotor Entertainment, is bringing us back together for good times and celebration of our community, family, and friends! Sponsored by Johnsons’s Charities, a portion of the proceeds benefit children with disabilities and special needs.
