Sip your favorite red, white, and sparkling varietals and enjoy live entertainment and good food during this evening of wine tasting and memory making. Food will be available for purchase from various food trucks and vendors.

Must be 21 years old and present a valid ID at admission.

General Admission ticket includes unlimited wine tastings and water. Designated Driver ticket includes water and soda.

All money raised from ticket sales helps fund Valparaiso Events’ free, family-friendly festivals and events held throughout the year.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Attendees must be at least 21 years of age and produce a valid ID at admission.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes. You can buy up to10 tickets per transaction. They can all be under your name but given to other attendees. However, all attendees must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID.

Are babies/children or non-service animal pets allowed?

Unfortunately, no, children and pets (excluding trained service animals) are not allowed per liquor liability and insurance requirements.

Where should I park?

Downtown Valparaiso has many options for free parking such as city streets and lots. You can find a parking map on our website here: http://valparaisoevents.com/parking-map/. The Porter County Administration Building has a public parking garage located at Indiana and Napoleon.

How does my ticket benefit the community?

Valparaiso Events is a non-profit organization which hosts a variety of community events throughout the year, and the majority of them are free to attend. This is made possible with your support of events such as the Chocolate Walk. Please know that by purchasing a ticket, you are not only getting a day of chocolate bliss, you are also helping us create a vibrant, thriving community! Valparaiso Events organizes the Outdoor Summer Movies, Summer Concert Series, Popcorn Festival, Downtown Trick-or-Treat, Fall Harvest Festival, Holly Days and more!

Are the tickets refundable?

Tickets are nonrefundable unless the entire event is cancelled prior to Saturday, July 22nd.

What is the weather policy?

We are contractually obligated to follow the Valparaiso Parks Department Inclement Weather Policy. Should a storm warning be issued or lightning be seen, vendors will cease activities and attendees will be asked to vacate the park until the end of the storm warning. The event will resume 30 minutes after the last lightning strike or after the storm warning expires.
