The St-Barth Gourmet Festival is one of the most acclaimed in the Caribbean with this year marking its 11th anniversary. In keeping with the theme, 11 extraordinary chefs will accept the challenge to create 4-hand dinners (that pay tribute to French gastronomy) while incorporating local ingredients and flavors at the island’s best restaurants like Nikki Beach Saint Barth, Al Mare at Le Sereno, La Case at Cheval Blanc St-Barth, Hotel Manapany and more.

The only hotel with “palace” distinction in the Caribbean, Cheval Blanc St-Barth is the obvious choice for a luxe stay on the glamorous island of St. Barths. Not only is Cheval Blanc a returning partner for the festival each year, but last year they hosted world-famous Pastry Chef Cédric Grolet who’s currently at the helm of La Pâtisserie at Le Meurice in Paris. You’ll have to stay tuned for which surprise guests they will be inviting this year, but you can guarantee their signature restaurant La Case will be at the center of the action all week long.
