Pilot Project Brewing is the country’s first dedicated brewery incubator and launchpad for start-up brewing businesses. Our third annual Pilot Project Fest will feature 12+ of our brewery start-ups, partners and collaborators, and will offer samples of their most popular beer and hard kombucha offerings. This indoor/outdoor event, taking place at Pilot Project in Logan Square, will also feature an exclusive menu from our in-house Chef Javi Ayala.
General Admission tickets include drink samplings from all of our vendors from 1PM-4PM and a custom festival glass, with food and coffee sold separately.
VIP tickets include early admission starting at 12:00PM, drink samplings from all of our vendors (without the crowds), Pilot Project grab bag, custom festival glass, and 20% off food.
Designated Driver / NA tickets include two NA drinks and a food voucher ticket for $24.
Tickets are non-refundable. Must be 21+ (sorry, no strollers) to enter and all guests will be carded at the door upon arrival. We love our patio pups, but for the safety of Fido, please leave him at home for this event.
