It’s Time to Ride The Dragon!

Saturday, September 30th marks the most righteous date of the year at our Marengo Dojo! Gear up for some ripping tunes, killer beers plus signature Hoofy Sizzle by way of the following:

• Insane guests drafts by way of the King Ding-A-Ling tickets
• The return of Dragonsaddle Triple IPA
• A return of the Dragonsaddle variant featuring Nectaron Hops
• New ridiculous barrel aged beers

**This is a ticketed event. You must be 21 years of age to enter. No parking on-site the day of DSD 23. No children or pets will be permitted to attend this event. Bottle sharing will not be permitted on our main or reserve lots and will be strictly enforced. Draft will be limited to on-site consumption only.

12PM – 7PM – Saturday, September 30th

This year’s festival will come with two different ticket options, all limited.

The first, General Admission, will allow you the chance to be able to purchase canned beer on-site. It will also grant you access to the concert on grounds the day of the festival.

The second, our coveted King Ding-A-Ling package, will grant you early access to pick up canned beer, unlimited pours of rare and sought-after guest drafts from some of the best breweries in the world as well as access to the concert. We’ve doubled the amount of guest breweries this year, so look forward to plenty of new & ridiculously rare pours of some of the best beer in the world!

General Admission – $20

• Includes the ability to purchase up to (2) 4-packs of Dragonsaddle (Citra), (1) 4-pack of Dragonsaddle (Nectaron), (6) 32 oz Crowlers of the frooted Dragonsaddle variants, and an unlimited number of 2-packs of our BBA stouts. Dragonsaddle 4-packs are guaranteed for all ticket holders, but the Crowlers and BBA stouts are first-come first-served.
• Access to the concert during the event.

• Access to pick up Dragonsaddle 4-packs, Crowler variants, and BBA 2-packs two days early (Thursday through Friday, September 28th & 29th)

MUSIC

For this year’s party vibes, rollerblade with us back to the 90’s with Pat Finnerty & the Full Band as they rip everything from Limp Biscuit to Wilson Phillips. And if that’s not enough, resident HHB DJ’s The South Beach Bondage Bears will be spinning the finest vinyl – aged at least 24 years. Higher the intensity by dressing like an American Gladiator or your favorite 90210 heartbreaker!

Pat Finnerty & the Full Band

• Grew up loving Dire Straits and has played literally thousands of gigs
• Formed Kock`107 as a subtle dig at Scranton Radio Station Rock107 for playing the same 40 songs on heavy rotation. Kock107 wrote originals totally match the rock radio format and, in a hilarious twist, were soon headlining Rock107’s festivals w/ bands like Quiet Riot and Great White opening for them
• Toured huge festivals playing in Son Little, Strand of Oaks and Dr. Dog
• Summoned Dave Grohl to talk an jam on his IG Live show, which the incident was later covered in The Rolling Stone and NME
• Held rooftop concerts spread across 2 houses with band members playing on the roofs, porches and sidewalks during the pandemic making national news
• Started a music commentary YouTube Channel titled “What Makes This Son Stink” which quickly generated over 150k subscribers and and millions of views
• Created emo band “August is Falling” in comedic response to Machine Gun Kelly’s emo track.
• “August is Falling” garnered over 140k views on YouTube in it’s first week with them trending as the #1 Punk Band on Bandcamp & with the EP being featured on both Spotify’s New Pop Punk playlist as well as Good Morning America stating the EP was #45 on their Best Albums of 2022 list.
• Plays the hell out of any 90’s song and is absolutley the dude you’re looking for this DSD!

South Beach Bondage Bears

• Pierre La Bear and DJ Chaperone work overtime to bring you a matrix of 90’s bangers
• From Euro Dance to Woodstock 99 bops & New Jack Swing to Dawson’s Creek soundtrack staples, an eclectic mix of electric 90’s tracks on full voltage
• Post up like Johnny Utah and ride their wave. All vinyl to match your UFO rave pants you were thinking about wearing

PARKING & SHUTTLE

• There is no parking on-site during Dragonsaddle Day 2023.
• Parking will be located in the back lot at The Cardinal Center (616 State Route 61, Marengo, OH 43334)
• There is a shuttle that will operate continuously throughout the day to ferry our guests from The Cardinal Center to the grounds of Hoof Hearted Brewing
• The first shuttle will start at 12pm from The Cardinal Center
• The last shuttle leaves Hoof Hearted Brewing to return guests to The Cardinal Center at 7pm
• Please be aware there is no UBER, LYFT, or any ride-sharing apps that operate out of Marengo so please plan accordingly
