Brew at the Zoo with Wine and Food, Too!

Join us for the most unique beer, wine and food tasting in town!

Brew at the Zoo with Wine and Food, Too! is not your usual tasting event! Brew is a fundraising experience, hosted by Friends of the Louisville Zoo. This event raises funds for the advancement of special Zoo projects and initiatives that support species conservation and education.

Unlike other beer, food and wine tastings in town, this is your exclusive opportunity to celebrate wildlife and join like-minded adults who share a passion for animals, the Zoo — and food, beer and wine, too! A percentage of your admission ticket is tax deductible.

The refreshed Brew at the Zoo with Wine and Food, Too! fundraising event will feature an all-inclusive, VIP guest experience for everyone. Attendees can expect delectable catered food, delicious beverage tastings, animal encounters and special engagements with zookeeper staff. Plus, enjoy entertainment including live music from MaryMary in the Oasis Field, oversized lawn games, and a silent disco in the Zoo’s shaded Islands habitat area alongside orangutans, tigers and more! Be sure to save room for late-night bites from local restaurants and businesses.

All proceeds from this fundraising event will benefit Friends of the Louisville Zoo and their support of the Zoo’s work to conserve species. A small percentage of proceeds will also benefit area non-profit organizations recruited to provide pourer services at the event.

*Beer/wine available until 8:30PM

*Non-alcoholic beverages also available to all guests

*Guests may bring lawn chairs and blankets to use on the Oasis field lawn, if desired

*Guests receive admissions to the Zoo prior to event, but must exit the Zoo at time of closing (3pm) and re-enter by having your Brew at the Zoo with Wine and Food, Too! ticket scanned at beginning of the event (5pm)

*No food or beverages of any kind may be brought onto Zoo grounds, the parking lot or event space

*All guests must be 21 years or older and must bring a valid ID to the event. No exceptions will be made for any reason

*Event is rain or shine! The show will go on!

*No babies or children permitted. No exceptions

*No refunds or exchanges

*All animal encounters are dependent on weather

* Please drink responsibly. In the event that you need an alternative ride home, there will be ride share stations near the exit of the Zoo. Volunteers will also be available to call you a cab or ride share so everyone in your group arrives home safely!
